Bernetta's Place is a smoke free Bed and Breakfast. We welcome well behaved children (and adults) 12 and over. Each guest room is entitled to one garage bay for the duration of their stay.

Check in time is between 3PM and 10PM. Please be ready to check out no later then 1PM.

Room rates range from $185 to $205 nightly double occupancy. I am required to add 8% NYS Sales Tax and 2.0% Ulster County Room Tax. A credit card may be used to hold a reservation, but I would ask that you pay your entire balance with cash or check at departure time.

There is a two night minimum stay on weekends. (Friday-Sunday) Reservations for one-night bookings on weekends are accepted after 12 noon on Thursday.

Notice of cancellation must be received at least 1 week in advance. You will be responsible for the full amount of your room for the entire length of your reservation for cancellations made within 1 week of your scheduled arrival unless I am able to book your room. You are responsible for the full amount of your stay if you depart earlier than the date specified on your original reservation.

This is a pet friendly Bed and Breakfast and we don't expect dogs to be anything less than curious, playful and happy on their vacation. We have just a few rules:

  • Your pet may not accompany you to breakfast
  • Use the doggy refuse bags that are available and dispose of them properly
  • Please stay with your pet and use a leash if they tend to run
  • No pets allowed in the swimming pool

I am happy to accommodate special dietary needs if you let me know at least a few days in advance of your stay.

NYS Thruway north to exit 16 (Harriman) Route 17 west to exit 119 (NY302 Pinebush) Turn right onto 302 North to end
Turn left onto Route 52 West to traffic light Proceed till you cross a small bridge
Turn left then right onto Rutsonville Road
Turn right at stop sign onto Tillson Road
Make next left onto South Mountain Road
.7 miles to right turn onto Calderone Drive
Bernetta's Place is the 2nd house on right

From NYS Thruway exit 18 (New Paltz)

Turn left onto Route 299 West after toll
Turn left at 2 miles onto Libertyville Road Cross Route 44/55 onto Bruynswick Road
Turn right onto Shaft Road
Turn left at stop sign onto South Mountain  1.75 miles to turn left on to Calderone Drive Bernetta's Place is 2nd house on right

From I- 84 (CT/PA/Westchester County)

Take exit 5 onto Route 208 north
Turn left onto Route 44/55 west
Turn left onto Bruynswick Road
Turn right onto Shaft Road
Turn left at stop sign onto South Mountain  1.75 miles to turn left on to Calderone Drive Bernetta's Place is 2nd house on right
